SJ is a beast.

Tuff list of games last week. Everyone's percentage went down and only Junkie stayed above 70%. Welcome to pickens 2014 style. Ain't nuffin easy.

SJ really separated himself with that SMU sleeper pick.

Talk about some disappointments. Memphis, UConn, Oregon (though Colorado, at home, was the smarter pick) and Kansas. All were beat by quality teams (SMU starting to make their case) but all looked really bad at times for such highly ranked teams.

Kansas (9-4) still holds a top 10 position in both the RPI and BPI. It goes to show how flawed those systems, namely the RPI, can be in early January. BYU (8-7) and Nebraska (8-6) should be 50-100, not 25-50. Utah (11-2) with both losses to quality opponents (by a basket) sit at 139 while BYU sits pretty at 26 in the RPI... Didn't Utah even beat BYU by 17 points?
