Kaepernick has had two great games as a starting QB. Both of those were against the Green Bay Packers. Enough said.

If I remember correctly, one of them was a wildcard playoff game @SF. It was the year they benched Smith and had Kaep play the last couple games of the season. But the rub was that the Packers had an injury apocalypse occur on their D starters late in the season, and they arrived in SF for that game in bad shape. The Packers D couldnt stop the run or pass that game. Kaep took off on some big runs and everyone in SF jumped on his bandwagon.

The thing with Kaep was that 1st year as a starter, you got the sense his ceiling had already been reached and he was a one trick pony. It's now confirmed.

EXCEPT, its up to the coach to recognize that Romo shouldn't have been in the game at that point.
