It's actually the first time I've had it for breakfast but my sister eats the stuff all the time. Even as a snack.

I can now see why.

Multigrain Cheerios are good, but my family eats fruity/chocolaty shit for breakfast, so HNC is a compromise. On the weekends I usually do eggs on wheat with hot sauce.

/hot sauce is my favorite condiment.
