There is a dude I see all the time driving his little motorized scooter down the sidewalk, I don't know if he's handicapped or if he stole it (he looks like he stole it) but he's got a ten inch subwoofer hanging off the back and he's always bumping some tunes. I have seen him riding his scooter within at least a five mile radius/area, so I know the dude does a lot of cruising. Someday I'm going to get a picture of him. One time he was rolling with another homie, they were both rocking out.
