There are brighter things to look at though. Loktionov played an energetic game, had some great scoring chances, won some key face offs, rang the post.. what a great acquisition for the Kings future.
Kopitar...the hell is his deal lately. Kings are 12-3 when he scores. He is on pace for at least 25 goals this year, WEAK.
Smyth should have dumped that puck in deep on that play which resulted in Staal's OT. You can't be dick dancing in the neutral zone in O.T. with trying to make a fancy east west pass ..too risky with such open ice.
If the Kings make the playoffs by one point, remember that save on the wrap around by Scuderi with one second left to play.
