How'd it go Jeff Skolnick? ;)

Oh shit. I knew that. Rock that shit?:drum:

Yea it went well. The crowd liked it. Our first song was a little sloppy, but we fixed it quick. It sucked that we were the second band cause there still wasnt that many people there yet at that point. We played for likw 25-30 people. By the time the last 2 bands played there was like 50-60. Good time though.

Someone took a video of our set, I havent seen it yet, if the audio is good, i'll have them post it to youtube.

I'm fucking hurtin.

I've got this insulator sitting on my desk in the lab and I'm trying to figure out how to cut it so that I can make a sample holder out of it. The problem is that I don't know how to cut a 400 micron-wide slit in it...

One time I saw a ginsu knife cut a shoe sole and a metal pipe right before perfectly slicing a tomato....

Yeah, there just aren't a lot of cutting implements out there that are less than half a millimeter wide.

I've used diamond wire saws but they are usually huge. Don't know if they make them that small and if they did they would probably cost a fortune.

They used a giant one on the show "Sliced" to cut a firetruck in half. Pretty awesome!

I wish I were cutting a firetruck in half... That would be sick!

The long way too! They started in the back and but they stopped at the engine block. I wanted to see that block cut too dammit! But really, the saw they used was the most impressive part, imo. I'll look for vid...
