Actually having a great week. One little thing to do and my taxes are complete, works picking up, and going to ISU vs Colorado State in some college hockey this afternoon.






















Oh yeah, and I almost forgot. I didn't get picked last for the All Star team...

The IRS will begin processing returns with these items on Feb. 14. If you prepared a state return, it's being held, too, since some states require you to e-file your federal and state return together. We'll send you an e-mail with the status of your return(s) once the IRS - and the state tax office, if applicable - processes it.

This delay is due to late tax law changes and the time it takes the IRS to update their systems. The delay applies to all tax preparation services.

We're monitoring the situation closely. As soon as the IRS updates its system, we'll send your return immediately.

All my wife knew of was that some forms didn't come out until mid January. Nothing else delayed though. She does them herself though. And for a couple businesses.
