You know, somewhere along the road, we got to a point where admitting mistakes is a sign of weakness when it's really the opposite. Recognizing that you made a mistake and learning from it makes you a better and stronger person. The easiest (and weakest) thing to do is to lash out, blame others and make the original mistake even worse by emphasizing it even further.

Thats what amazes me. It probably points to a character/logic flaw in me but I am still amazed.

Hes an asshole with no loyalty to anyone but himself. Cross him in the tiniest bit and he will turn on you. He is not in power right now and has not been for almost 2 years so there were plenty of opportunities to jump ship. A number of the people making crazy claims on his behalf now are truly stupid people (mtg etc) but others are not as stupid and are choosing to promote conspiracy theories instead of backing the FBI and DOJ. This is the guy you want to back and in doing so openly promote arguably more distrust in the government and legal system than there ever has been before? For this guy? Do they know where this could potentially lead this country? Being a politician in a democracy that has fallen apart may not be as enviable a position as some think.

Oh well its Friday, time to work on more intimacy coordinator in the workplace jokes.

It won’t be this severe but prices outside Toronto and Vancouver will probably recede a lot.

And prices in Toronto and Vancouver will at worst freeze or go down a few percent then go right back up when they lower rates in a year.

Great time for deals in those cities if you can afford it.

I saw a thread yesterday where it's more likely Saudi's were bidding for nuclear technology.

MBS invested $2billion into Jared's fund, against the strong urging of the Saudi investment panel.
i.e. there was no apparent "investment" reason to do so.
besides, China already has nukes. Saudi wants to catch up to Israel.
