TBH i've kind of started ignoring the almost daily Biden slip-ups because 1) he still sounds more coherent than the last guy and 2) I do genuinely feel for the guy at this point, he's obviously losing it and he never really had it all there to begin with when it comes to public speaking.

But his team really don't fucking help him. Have they not realized how dumb it sounds when he lowers his voice and repeats the line as if we're constantly in need of being reminded of what he just said? It doesn't drive the point home.

/I could make a motion picture length film at this point of Kamala's "speeches". She constantly sounds like Thomas Dewey running against Truman.

The reason for that is his stutter. It is a common for folks that stutter to do this on top of what was stated.
