Funny you mention about the eyes. Was going to mention and ask that as it seems that is pretty consistent.
You would think the ML tools Facebook and others have they would be able to pick up on those intricacies.

Facebook AI is pretty good at detecting them, they make it really hard to create and maintain fake accounts.

I took an Intel gathering class and the instructor of that class made a gif of over a hundred of those fake photos and ran them through at one every 3/4 of a second. Burned it into my brain. Real disturbing watching all those faces change around a set of eyes.

There are still mask mandates and other measures officially on the books, but it's different locality by locality, and most people who don't want to comply are ignoring them anyway. There is no enforcement of anything around here.

We're going to need a huge collective apology to all the frontline healthcare workers in particular, but frontline workers as a whole As a society, we have treated these people terribly over the last 2+ years.
