During the off-the-record call, Ducklo made derogatory and misogynistic comments, accusing Palmeri of only reporting on his relationship—which, due to the ethics questions that factor into the relationship between a journalist and White House official, falls under the purview of her reporting beat—because she was “jealous” that an unidentified man in the past had “wanted to fuck” McCammond “and not you.” Ducklo also accused Palmeri of being “jealous” of his relationship with McCammond. (Palmeri had no prior relationship or communication with McCammond before calling her to report on the Playbook item, which was a story that she was assigned and had not independently pursued.)

The following day, an editor at Politico reached out to the White House about Ducklo’s threats, spurring multiple conversations between the news outlet and senior-level officials on January 21, including White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, White House Communications Director Kate Bedingfield, and Biden senior adviser Anita Dunn. In one of those calls, senior White House officials acknowledged that Ducklo’s handling of the call with Palmeri was inappropriate and said he would send a note to her apologizing for the comments. In another conversation, the same White House officials took aim at Palmeri by accusing her of breaking an off-the-record agreement with Ducklo and pressing Politico as to why the contents of the call had been revealed. Palmeri had only informed her editors of the contents of the call, which she had transcribed into her notes as it was happening, after they asked her about it.

• President Trump tried to buy dirt on the Bidens by withholding Ukrainian military aid, met with Russians for dirt on Hilary, committed multiple violations of the emoluments clause, knowingly lied to the public about the election, and incited a riot where people were killed.
• Multiple Congressional members have embraced white supremacist groups and absurd theories related to domestic terrorists.
• Rudi Giuliani told the mob we would have trial by combat and should be tried/sentenced for felony murder.
• Congressman Mo Brooks "“Today is the day American patriots start taking down names and kicking ass" before the crowd started a coup.
• Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley knowingly failed to complete their Constitutional duties and encouraged ignorance among their ranks.

There is ZERO reason any of them should have their jobs. No normal Americans would do ANY of those things and not be immediately fired from their jobs. There is ample reason most of them should be jailed for various conspiracies, insurrection, and treason.

Remember when Al Franken was pressure by his party to resign and did resign because there was a picture where he pretended to touch a boob!

Applause for the 140,000 Americans who left the GOP in January, but that's not nearly enough. And this party's leadership is a danger to democracy. State AGs need to take them down and hold them responsible for their crimes.

Most of the countries in the world that have the happiest people and are the most economically secure are socialist nations and the Nazis weren’t socialist in the same way that the former President who lead an attack on The Capitol never put America first.

Thing is, if the vote was anonymous I would bet everything I own that they would have found ten more votes against. The Senators are afraid of their constituents. BECAUSE THEY ARE TERRORISTS
