In a small small way (no height jokes) Putin is like the nhl commissioner. Bettman does a shitty job for all nhl fans but he continues to make the owners their money and some people think hes smart or sly. The minute he stops doing that maybe an owner or group of owners will show some stones and push for change.

Putin … he makes the oligarchs money and his citizens suffer. Lets see how the oligarchs feel / how they react tomorrow morning when the markets open.

It certainly is disturbing. I remember people getting mocked (more so on that other board) for believing that Qanon was becoming widepread. It's a real issue and like I said so earlier today in this thread -- it's rearing its ugly head up here into Canada in not ignorable numbers.
