TPS has their own horse mounted units. I got a ticket by a cop on one once for making a left turn where you couldn’t from 4-6 PM. The guy just galloped into the middle of the road and pointed and I was just like…do I take off? It was February what’s he gonna do chase me onto the Gardiner?
