The thing is the people who do this stuff are obviously very talented, but also very misguided and when you mess with health care, that's scraping the bottom of the barrel.

A lot of times, they don't target Health Care they just indiscriminately throw the bad stuff around hoping to hit on someone who is willing to pay the ransom.

The dirty secret in the industry is that Health Care networks are notoriously poorly protected. And the people are so overworked that they don't think critically about what they are clicking - they just bounce from crisis to crisis. A perfect storm, unfortunately.
