I also want to be clear I'm not rooting for this to happen. Just that if it did it might have an effect. An effect larger than a debate, an expose, or an election might have.

Kent State was awful, but it did have an effect.

I'll quietly go back to sexual harassment jokes now. Plus I'm working on some jokes about Subways Doritos Foot Long Nachos. Just need another phrase that rhymes with suicide by diarrhea

I just wanted to emphasize this part of your post my friend because some people I know are concerned about a possible military invasion of Canada, but it would never happen for that very reason. The troops at large and the generals would stand up to Trump and would defy his orders and Americans would see how batshit crazy he truly is.

I think this below is the only alternative that anyone can put in writing. Hope beyond hope that someone can actually stand up to what he is doing and prepare for civil war I suppose.

It was a committee but bad look for Pubs, really think it highly unlikely a bill form will ever pass House, Senate etc

As a much more extreme example, the people of Germany are fundamentally different now.

The big difference of course, is how news is consumed today vs then,, and how much easier it is to control the message to people who self segregate. That's ultimately the problem we need to solve
