Looking at the proposed route and for some reason it’s ending in Toronto instead of going farther west.

5 million people live in SW Ontario and growing insanely fast. About 2 million in Quebec east of Montreal and they’re barely expanding. How many billions of dollars are being spent to connect an economically-irrelevant Eastern Quebec to this instead of the West GTA and the tech hubs in the Tri-Cities?

Just connecting K-W and Hamilton alone to Toronto at high speed would eliminate thousands of daily car trips.

The way to make housing more affordable is to nuke all of the $5 mil houses in Vancouver and build there where there’s already subways and sky trains and bike lanes.

Creating new commuter hubs where there are few jobs like they’ve been doing here at least since I came over is, like you said, throwing spaghetti.

Just need to turn the city over to the natives so they can build 50 stores condos in all the view cones and tell whitey to suck it when they complain about it. Problem solved, reconciliation achieved, Chip Wilson very mad.
