Well the datacenter geek in me is coming out. This is most likely to be a regional datacenter so strategically Ohio was probably going to be part of the North Central US region.

Also I bet there will be more DC's coming to Canada so that it can house more of the "Pro (protected) B" data that must be within country.

Victoria has become quite the IT hub over the last 15 years or so. Amazon recently opened a large distribution center right next to the Victoria airport, I hope the luring of high tech companies continues.
