Hate all you want, he's still right. Security does need to make sure the players and coaches are safe.


And I'm against excessive court storming. Kids are doing it just for the heck of it and to get on TV. You don't get to storm because you feel like it. The only time you should storm is if you meet one of the following:

-you're a massive underdog
-you win for the first time against a rival in years
-you haven't had success in the past but finally get over the hump against a good team
-you beat a rival in a hotly contested game that ends at the buzzer
-you win a title/trip to the tournament.

That's it. If you're ranked and you beat a higher ranked team, you don't get to do it. That's bullshit. You're good too so there's no point. And if you've been a good program recently, you don't get to storm just because you beat a Top 5 that year. UVA was fine. Even though they were favored at home, they hardly ever beat Duke and that win certainly locks them into the Tourney. But Maryland stormed the court a few weeks ago when they beat Duke. Total bullshit. They've been good and always play Duke tough. Stop being jackasses trying to get on camera
