i remember watching a game back in the 90's where a ranked Temple team had something like 41 points for a full regulation game, but other than that, nobody comes to mind

Wisconsin scored like 33 one game, I think. Might have been 2011 against PSU in the Big 10 tournament. Not sure if they were ranked, but I think they were.

My guess is I could probably find another wisconsin game where they scored 36 or at least less than 40. I think they did it in a tournament game in the early 2000s.
