you sound like a millenial

cant criticize teammates who arent watching film or working hard in practice bc it could disrupt their feelings....

sorry but management doesnt get the benefit of the doubt... not on the redskins
Not in damn public !! It’s really easy if you ever have lead people

Well ,when Guice does show up on time I expect you will be here to eat the crow like I will if he doesn’t
Guice will show up but he won't make it past week 3 because we field people with nothing but injury time to cut ties

Really. We are facing 3 - 13 before any moves are made and I am speaking absolutely ?

Again he must Have because they cut him for it

Yeah I get the 20 year circus but what does that have to do with not whining to the press about your boss and whether he should or not ?
The media is out to get us and its political

It’s a pretty simple concept. Players play... coaches coach. Just stfu and go do your job. I can only imagine this guy in the locker room. Lotsa eye rolls going on I bet.

Players play their assignment on the play that the DC calls, and if the DC makes a bad call, then it will probably be obvious, at the very least, in the film room. Eventually the coaches will be held accountable if they continuously put their players in bad spots.

The comments that loud mouth DJS said may not have been completely wrong, but you do not throw your coaches under the bus publicly. I would expect the same from our coaches.

Maybe he can be a coach someday... since he is smarter than everyone else...

let me pose this question , would it be ok for coach manusky to say that DJ wasnt capable of playing a zone defense based on his skill set ? or he doesnt know how to play it ? or he couldnt make the right calls because DJ cant play the defense ? should manusky do that in the press because " he was asked " ?

or should he simply say no comment and discuss it with DJ in private or with the team ?

There is a little thing known as professionalism. DJ lacked it.

As a leader, he failed this team. If guys weren’t ready, it is also on him to light the fire he thinks he brings.

Yea, it seems to me none of his teammates really looked at him as a leader. I could always sense that Norman never was on board with him

The media is out to get us and its political
The media huh? Did the media cause them to be one of the least successful teams in the last 20 years? Is the media now the reason that they now have worst attendance in NFL? Is the media the reason why they continually make bad personnel decisions?

Enjoy your time as the Indiana president of the Dan Snyder fan club. You are so delusional.

There is no doubt in my mind that he watch more tape than the coaches...

Perhaps he does, but it still looks like he was the one who was victimized on Tenn's last offensive TD. That appeared to be his man wide open in the back of the end zone. That DJ let go when he went in motion in order to blitz.

He tried to change the culture but its beyond repair at this point...

I agree that the culture is such that only a stud QB and/or a great HC can change it at this point.

DJ wasn't really tryin to change shit. Where was the accountability when he fucked up?

You're right though. This team is all kinds of fucked up. Has been for a long time and there's no one within organization at this time imo that can change it.

I had not heard about Gruden leaving in the middle of the week during the Giants game. I'm not surprised though if true.

Yeah look it up. Gruden allegedly was MIA from like Friday up until Sunday morning.

This franchise is a joke. I don’t know how even the most diehard fans can stay by it’s side. I hope the nfl comes in and takes over
