Geez. I guess I'm a dick too, cause if my kids had to spend 7 out of 8 Christmas mornings in a hotel room... cuz my employer kept picking me to be out of town... despite needing only 15% of employees each year... I'd be 'bitching' too.

Nobody is crying for them.....he's beyond compensated well for his time and efforts......regardless the season.

In all seriousness, I understand what Lebron is saying from a family perspective. However, and this has always been one of the reasons I don't like Lebron, it's not something he should be saying.

It's obviously not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things, but it makes him appear out of touch and comes off as whining because of the amount of money he's being paid.

Basically, it was one of those "must lie situations" where he could have made some comment about how blessed he is to get to play in the NBA and it's nice to see all of the fans who came out on Christmas to see him play.

I like LeBron, and I can totally understand where he's coming from, but you're right, he needs to think about how his comments will be received. LeBron's PR team seems to be asleep at the wheel sometimes.

Why does it seem like the Lakers don't like passing the ball to each other? That was the impression that I got when I was watching the game last night.

5. There are hell of a lot of people out there who had to work Christmas Day and got paid a hell of a lot less than Lebron did.

His per game salary s more than some make in a year.

Sloppy play. Incredibly terribly sloppy. Spurs play awful on Christmas Day for some reason...

It's just one game.

The Spurs are still the 2nd best Team in the NBA.

All that matters is the playoffs.

Lots of young guys and new faces. They actually are doing a lot more passing and have looked much better on offense for longer periods of time than they were earlier in the season.

They seem like they are starting to get a better grasp on the idea that they play much better when they are trusting the offense and each other. Problem is, they still revert back to trying win it themselves too often.

Last nights game was actually a good example. From about the middle of the 1st quarter to the end of the 3rd quarter, they were all trying to play iso ball and win it themselves. Then, at the start of the 4th quarter, they started moving the ball, trusting each other and cut a 28 point deficit to 7.

Then, after all of that work, they reverted back to iso ball again and couldn't finish the comeback. :L

Oh I know. Just stating facts. They're 1-5 in the Duncan era on Christmas.

Lets not forget Cleveland didnt have 3 players last year in the Finals. Golden St without one of their top 2 players isnt winning shit.

Missed free throws and missed open shots pretty much explains what happened in this game. Played good defense but couldnt shoot. It happens
And it begins..... :dhd:

Well, maybe if they had won last season they might have been playing at home on Xmas. :D

6-15 from field. Say hello to delly. He is in his head lol

LOL. You do know that Delly's spectacular defense on Steph is a more imaginary than real right?

He started guarding Steph primarily in game 2 of the finals, when Kyrie went down. Steph's line that night was 5-23 for 19 pts 5 asst, 6 rebs. Fair enough Delly got him. Here's what Steph did the rest of the series.

10-20, 27pts, 6asst, 6reb
8-17, 22pts, 7 asst, 2 reb
13-23, 37pts, 4asst, 7reb
8-19, 25pts, 8asst, 6 reb

Locked Steph down to a pedestrian 49.3% from the field and a mere 27.7 points a game. But he's in his head right?

Not so sure. LeBron did win a couple titles during his stretch of away Christmas games.

Point is the champ is guaranteed a home christmas game. Rule did not change until Lebron and Wade complained after 2013 when Miami traveled to LA for Christmas after winning title #2
