Chris Paul's flopping is out of control

Don't know if anyone watched the game last night, but he did two terrible, obvious flops against the Warriors. Both drew fouls on David Lee, one of which was his 5th that sent him to the bench for a long time. Couldn't find footage online, but it was just ridiculous, he twisted around in the air after brushing a high screen, as the Warriors' radio announcer described it "like he was hit by Shaquille O'Neal".

This guy should be one of the most likable guys in the league, but he's putting together a flop reel that would put any soccer player to shame and ends up being maybe the least likable. Its just a horrendous way to play the game.

CP3 is the worst flopper the league has seen since Divac, and that's saying a lot when you have LeBron doing his fish out of water routine every other game.

CP3 has the old dribble into the defender then flail back and get the foul called down pat. I was hoping that type of flop would be fined.

I didn't see the game but wondered if Lee was in early foul trouble cause I saw he only had 5 total rebounds for the game.

As far as flopping goes, some are worse than others but it's been around since then 80's and probably before that. Yes they are trying to deceive the ref into making the call, but not much different than 2 guys going for the loose ball. Player A knows it went off of him out of bounds but still points in his teams direction insinuating it's his teams ball. Another way of trying to persuade the officials.

Yup... the off-arm shove of the defender when he drives to the basket. Between the flops, shoves and traveling LeBron should be fouling out every night.

Instead, he averages 1-2 fouls per game as THE most coddled / babied player in NBA history.

I actually think under the current rules that PGs get away with more on offense. CP3, Rose, etc

CP3 maybe, but not Rose... are you kidding. The guy drives aggressively and relentlessly to the basket and draws all sorts of contact, yet he averages less than 5 FTA per game for his career.
