Darn it, Cali, you beat me to it. Chester saves $4M off of our cap. The guy actually had the 9th highest contract among 33 RGs. Wonder who will take the empty roster he just created?

Yep. $500K saved before we had to pay those, but we had $800K in pro-rated bonus / dead cap money. Because it was the last year of his contract, we've got no other accelerated bonus money.

Not sure if this is in the cards, but he may be re-signed for (much) cheap(er) in case we need some vet insurance.

Also bigger and stronger, if I was a holdover from the MS OL group, I would be extremely concerned about my job. The era of smaller, quicker OLmen is over here in DC. My Longshot to see considerable time this year is Reiter (6-4 320 Lb center)
