Anyone think he would be a good fit for the Devs?

I was surprised when I saw his name on the still available FA list and we could always use some more depth on the D.

He'd be a decent pick up for the Devils. Has OK puck moving skills and canplay with a bit of a an edge if he's motivated.

I think we're ok defensively... maybe someone to insert for injuries or night offs... but not someone I'll jump up n down for....

Last contract he signed in 2010 with Ottawa was for a yr worth 1.4.

Thats not too crazy..Id sign him up for 2 years. Especially after seeing what Greene got.

It's sounding very likely after whites departure that Salvador will be back which I personally love I really think Salvador is one of those guys who you don't realize how valuable he is until he's gone

That said let's hope that's not the same story for white too

Salvador does worry me a bit. If we're expecting a lot out of him we're in trouble. Guy hasn't played in a year and who knows if he's prone to another concussion. Skill wise and health wise he is a question mark right now.
