wasnt it quebec soccer that banned turbans? and they asked why and the girl in charge said safety concern and they asked what is at risk and she said they did not know as they dont have the money to spend on an investigation so its better to just ban them.

This could be beneficial from college hockey. Overall I think it hurts the CHL because now there shooters aren't neccesarily facing the best junior goalies in the world. Playing against the best makes you better and so I think this could hurt the league overall.
