They started out so well but, yes, they are really bad now.

My 10-6 prediction looks pretty good right now. Chiefs were always a team in transition. Just not enough consistency on either side of the ball. Good chance they are better as they restructure the defense and have a more flexible offense. Dangerous team, but not likely to be consistent enough for a SB run.

They have no #1 receiver and really no #2 either. Kareem Hunt is a good back, but has cooled off tremendously.

Smith is a good QB, but he doesn't have enough targets on the roster.

Haven't seen the defense play much, so not sure how they are achieving but I don't think they are doing as well as originally thought? Maybe injuries?
