Not just green peppers, but red, yellow, orange, jalapenos, Serrano, etc...(I actually am not a big fan of the bitterness in green peppers anymore)

I don't care for bell peppers. Love jalapeños, Serrano, habanero, and even poblano. Big fan of chilies in general.

I've been trying some different sauces with just spices I like and low cal ingredients. So far greek yogurts been a good sub for mayo. Actually made a good tarter sauce the other night. Made a low cal bbq sauce with tomato juice/sauce instead of ketchup and honey for the sweetener.
