I voted CHI. After going 7, they're going to be a bit tired & beat-up. We'll be a bit rested & have played them well this year. Fugetabout last year. They're missing many key players from 2010 & we have their goalie. ADV: SJS

Chicago. DET is rested and would have revenge on their mind. If Sharks are to play DET, let them try to go through NSH first. If DET makes it past NSH, they'll be sure to have a few bumps and bruises.

CHI will have spent alot of energy coming back from the 0-3 hole vs VAN. Some odd logic here, but few teams ever repeat. With that, every round that goes on, CHI is more likely to be knocked out. No idea if that makes any sense.

Matchup wise, I think I'm actually more scared of CHI, but that may just be because of memories from last season and the last meeting of the regular season between the two teams.

Either way it sucks because the road games will start at like 4:30 or 5PM PST.

Means that Vancouver would be eliminated and the Sharks were 0-2 with 1 SO loss and 1 SO W against them in the regular season. While they were 3-1 against both Detroit and Chicago.

I would rather see Chicago. Detroit looks like a much better team than San Jose played last year. I think that the Sharks could get the jump on the Hawks.
