Looks to me like he led with his knee into Oduya's leg to start him off balance. Then finished with an elbow.

It's Cooke, so I don't care, but in the interests of accuracy, I don't see any leg contact whatsoever.

The gentleman from the District of Columbia concurs with the assessment of the gentleman from Florida. The actions of his upper body speak more than enough for themselves and given Mr. Cooke's unsavory character and past repugnancies, we see no reason to further condemn a man already headed to the gallows.

I have yet to find anything regarding whether the Department of Player Safety is even reviewing the Cooke hit on Oduya. Anybody else find anything?
