Pretty complimentary words about Doughty, as well as the other defenders. Shattenkirk isn't a slouch himself.
Love that goal by Doughty, it was amazing to watch live. I pulled the same move Wed night (I'm a southpaw however so I was on the right side) and actually got through the attacker but then the puck hit a rut and hopped up on me and I lost the handle and had to back off to fall back into defensive posture.
Got some grief on the bench for pulling a move like that and then looking like a guy who has never handled a puck before moments later.
