I want to get rid of the coaching staff. I want to see some more offensive creativity and defensive aggresiveness. Dmen that contest the blueline, forwards that crash the net off the rush. And a PK system that works.

The hard part is finding the right candidate.

Also, a coach that is patient with youngsters and harder on vets. So many times I see a youngster have a bad game and get benched. Yet a vet can have a bad game and continue to suit up night after night.

Switch the coaches up. Like it or not Party and Jumbo aren't going anywhere. Wilson has done a good job putting a winner on the ice. Sure he has made some bad moves but every GM has.

Haha... rep for the last poll choice.

I picked "get rid of DW".

Ultimately, he should be held accountable/responsible for the shittastic roster.

I have my beefs with McLellan too (a lot more recently than before), but I'm willing to give him another year.

I say we wait until the Sharks are eliminated to make judgement. Yeah I would like to see D.Wilson gone, because I just can't stand any of his moves he made this year. The only thing I can think of that will save Doug & TMac jobs are if the Sharks players were playing with injuries. "It always seem like the same old story"

So do you think Doug Wilson is on the plane with the team to St Louis?

I know many want to choose more than one, but allowing each person only one choice will tell us which one choice is the most impactful. I'm glad you weren't able to change it, naes.

I would get rid of Wilson. He seems to think that just picking up sharp shooters is the only answer. The issue is the defense. Defense will win most sports. Murry is banged up and needs to go Sharks just picked up a new D man and I can see that he will more than likely take Doug's place. Doug was good but is now banged up. The Sharks need better leadership and it truly needs to come from a strong determined D man. Burns should stick with being a forward, though he is the only one who has the balls enough to dive in front of a puck. Remember Stevens from New Jersey. Now there was a leader and a tough D man. They need to lose Clowe. He concentrates too much on being a tough guy and isn't consistent with his game, as with Paddy. As someone said Paddy isn't going anywhere. As long as Doug Wilson stays. Protect you young players (Logan...) Don't let them get burnt out. Lastly. Good foundation of Goalies. Nemo should go. The Blackhawks won the Stanley, not his goaltending.

I voted for showing Doug Wilson the door.
Top down changes are the only way this team moves forward.

I don't know how anyone can suggest we get rid of Murray. After this year's rendition of 'Pussies on Ice', he is at least the consistent physical presence. I have no problem in relegating him to fewer minutes or teaming him with someone that would compliment his abilities (rather than the other way around), but until we get someone who can match his intensity & physicality, get off his case. :boxing:
