Cincinnati is a solid team and they beat some good teams in Notre Dame, SMU and Houston. The problem is the rest of their schedule is made up of teams like Tulane, Temple, East Carolina, Miami (Ohio). These are teams that SEC teams schedule as cupcakes. If Cincinnati played in the SEC they'd be a 9-3 team in a good year. They sure wouldn't go 12-0.

fully agree with all of that. They are a good team, and should feel good about some of those wins........... but sorry, with that schedule, they didn't belong in the playoff. The Top 5?10?20? teams could've easily been undefeated playing that schedule.

I just got so sick and tired of the sports media constantly campaigning for them. "They've done everything asked of them, what more do they need to do"..... :puke:

Hell, they were talking about Cincy being in the playoffs the first few weeks of the season.......
