I think it's a great idea that both the Seahawks and Sounders could benefit from. Both teams fill the place regularly. The waiting list for Seahawks season tickets could also be alleviated a bit with the added seats. It'll be interesting to see where they can fit an extra 2,000-3,000 seats.

I posted an original link to the source in the "Seahawk talk" thread regarding where they might consider adding in the seats. The link is below.

The source said the addition would be in the south end zone, where the "12th Man" flag is raised before each game. There is a break in the seating on the 300 level behind the flag that would be filled in

So, will there be an "architectural design" to make these extra seats add to the noise?
I sure hope so, because WE as fans, sure need all the help we can get. Thank gawd for the architects.
