Game Thread: Celtics At Jazz, 9:00 PM ET, February 24, 2014

Celtics come in 19-38, 24 games behind Indiana in the conference, 8-21 on the road.

Utah is 19-36, 23 games behind my native city's Thunder clap in the Western Conference, 12-16 at home.

Rajon Rondo will, I believe, play for my Celtics tonight. Jared Sullinger I'm less sure of.

Rondo missed the last game only because it was the 2nd game of a back-to-back set. His return by itself
improves the chances of my adapted city's team finishing the road trip with a win. Sullinger's return would come close to guaranteeing it. Notice that I said "come close."

FYI, Glen Rivers signed with the Clippers today so will be playing under Doc Rivers again for a while.

Not the greatest1st quarter for the Celtics tonight, but so what?
