No argument there..
How is Shaw ranked so high still? Stanford is imploding, didn't they have a group of good players transfer/grad transfer out this spring? Or is it because it's Stanford?
I think Campbell is overrated as a HC too, but I think 25 is a good spot for him tbh.

Imagine if Lincoln would care about defense and hire a real DC?? Well that may be the reason why he isn't ranked #1?

Easy to talk smack after the ending to OU’s season, but I’m a believer in Riley. Guy is young, hungry, and willing to learn. I’d bet on him a hell of a lot quicker than against him.

Yeah but they keep losing by bigger margins every CFP they play in. Guess we'll see how it plays out this fall for sure

Also gave up over a TD less a game in 2019 compared to 2018. Definitely seems like things are trending in the right direction.

think Hurts did help them with carrying the ball so much.. don't get me wrong they had big play ability from almost anywhere however he did run and eat the clock too.

Honestly starting to get to the point where I'm wondering if Dabo isn't currently better than Saban. Obviously all-time Saban is still ahead, but looking at right now going forward, Dabo might've taken over.

We'll see what happens this year. At this point they are 1A and 1B. If this year plays out like the last couple, I think the swap will happen.

Me too. Has to happen at some point I suppose.

Also, Brian Kelly at 8? Come on now...

33-6 in the last 3 years. I guess you could put Day ahead, but for me anyway, I need to see more of a track record. Not sure who else you would put ahead?

He also hasn't beaten a top 10 team since 2013.

Given what he's done as a coach and recruiter, I don't think it's unfair to put Day ahead of him if we're looking at right now moving forward, but he obviously doesn't have as long a track record yet.

I guess Kelly at 8 isn't that bad. You have Jimbo at 4th and he hasn't hit double digit wins in 4 years. I know he has a NC, but since the CFP berth in 2014 when they got absolutely embarrassed, he hasn't done anything to deserve that high of a ranking IMO. Also think you're a lot higher on Mullen than most I've seen.

All Day would have to do is put together a top 5ish year and he'll get bumped ahead, which is almost a guarantee at this point.

I'm taking what Jimbo did at FSU into account, we've seen what FSU was before he got there and what it's been since he left, and I don't think he was ever going to walk into the SECW and compete right away with Bama, LSU and Auburn. This will be a big year for A&M, but I think they can get to 10/11 wins. We'll see about that.

I am higher than most on Mullen, admittedly. I think he's really good. What he did at Miss St was really, really good. People don't understand how awful of a program that was before he got there. And look where things stand now. And he left a pretty loaded team.

Those are all fair points. One pretty big omission to your list would be Paul Chryst though. 4 bowl wins in the last 5 years, and his only bowl loss was by 1 point. 52 wins, two top 10 finishes (finished 11th in 2019), multiple appearances in the B1G CCG, and he's never playing with a team full of big-time recruits.
