any of you guys use, restore or collect black iron?
We started with cast iron about 5 yrs ago...the enamel coated stuff initially from LeCreuset and Staub, both are excellent. The last 3 pcs have been Lodge...a dbl sided grill pan, a wok and grill press.
I don't collect or restore though.
Once you get the hang of it, nothing better.
