Hey guys, Don't know much about the style (albeit not a true BJCP style from what I understand yet) but was looking to use up some Amarillo and Simcoe, and a little bit of Warrior that I am going to have left over from my American IPA 8 gallon batch.
Didn't want to hijack 757's thread. But was mainly just wanting an opinion on the recipe as well as FWH for those that have brewed these beers.
This is my first try at that and sounds like it might be a good recipe and hop to give it a go on (Low-Cohumulone Warrior). Also wanted to add alot of Amarillo and Simcoe in the last 20 minutes. Heard they are a great combo. Here is the recipe. Thoughts?? Or any ideas on how I could make this better???
