All the media are piling on the Flames these days. The players need to shut them up.

The problem with the Flames is they have a hard time against speedy teams....which is pretty much every team in the NHL.

I don't buy that...You can't skate faster than you can pass the puck. Sure, speed helps, but making good decisions with the puck is more important.

Look at the Sedins, they are not speed merchants, but they're very smart with the puck and make good decisions.

/It also helps if you don't play with your head up your ass.

Also, Brent Sutter needed to call a timeout when it was 3-2, not 5-2.

Always like playing in Calgary. Such good fans there, loud but respectful and the place is always packed and looks great.

Holy shnikes! I turn away for an hour and everything goes crazy. Looks like the Caps unloaded some frustrations in the second. Did Kipper screw the pooch or has this been a team effort?

Yeah, that was a good time! 5th in goals against and the 5th best PK in the NHL... nice to see the offense has finally showed up. Pretty good first road trip of the season - one bad game at Minnesota, but like Meatloaf said... 2 outta 3 ain't bad.

Really liked the way the Caps played tonight. Even when they were down 2-0, I thought they were playing pretty well.

Kipper didn't have a great game, but the Caps' attack was in full effect and his own player firing a wrister on him didn't help matters either.
