here is how the 2 broke down
Oregon Indoor track NC got them 20 point but Outdoor title 60. and 5 for Xcountry 85 from running.
Oregon got 6 points in football for #9 finish. 91
ND got 60 for Soccer NC. 5 points for Fencing. 36 points for second place in Lax. 101
these are actually different totals than what the site states so i maybe missed something somewhere but ND comes out on top no matter

So like I said before Oregon track got 20 for indoor track National championship and 60 for outdoor in the capital one.

Looking at the point system it looks like the Directors Cup is awarded for the overall best program while there are two Capital One Cups given out. One for the Best Men's program (which was ND this year) and one for the best women's program (which was Florida this year).

Conference of champions, no other conference has many total team NC's (all sports) as UCLA, Stanford and USC who all have 100+ each. In fact I think USC picked up their 100 and 101st this year.
