Both teams agree the shorten the 4th quarter to 12 minutes.
Anyone ever heard of this happening before?

Yeah, they weren't competitive in Division II or Division III either.Since moving to NCAA Division I - FCS in 2000, the Tigers have compiled a 48-57-0 record as of the 2009–2010 season. Prior to moving to Division I - FCS the team compiled a 108-100-1 record in NCAA Division II (1981–2000), a 15-20-0 record in NCAA Division III (1973–1980) and a 1-1-0 record as a member of the NAIA.
Awesome.
Still.scratching my head as to what miami gained from paying for this game.
Good gos ssu is god aweful. The U was trying everthing in their power to kill the clock and not score and ssu still couldnt stop them.

Still.scratching my head as to what miami gained from paying for this game. Id get ot if we had idiotic fans like uf yhat would sell out a game vs a turd sandwich. I havnt looked at the attendance #s yet, but it wasnt good. Even the sunshine network didnt pick up the game, so 0 tv money.
And just practing offers more real world experience than that game.
I don't know what that criteria to move up to fbs...take Georgia st...they have played and lost to 3 different fcs teams...why that's even allowed after moving up to division 1 ill never know...maybe scheduling issues
