Well Vegas doesn't know shit is the thing.

Eichorst isn't saying a word to anyone so Vegas is just throwing out popular names that they see us mentioning online so they can make a bunch of money.

If this search continues on Patterson's name will end up on the list.

Right now the folks in Vegas are laughing their asses off because they know that we think they know what's going on.

Eichorst isn't even using a search firm or anything.

He is making sure every one of his tracks is covered.

And he already has his man.

Tress does make sense for Nebraska. Conservative, run heavy, mistake free offense with an aggressive punishing defense. Game plan to take air out of the ball and slowly grind the clock while keeping opponent offenses on the sideline.

Although the offense is generally conservative tressel isn't afraid to run out of multiple sets that cater to his personnel. He has pro schemes and spread option schemes available depending on what his quarterback's strengths are as well as how confident he is in their ability to not turn the ball over.

Tressel's gameplans could be irksome but they were a thing of beauty when they worked. It was like watching a giant clamp slowly but inevitably closing down on opposing teams. Every possession OSU would get closer to scoring while pinning the opposing team back and forcing another 3 & out. You could almost watch the life drain out of opposing offenses when they realized that they would get MAYBE 7 possessions a game. It was glorious.
