I think sometimes the most effective tool to use when dealing with difficult people is to simply take a few hits whether it's them laughing at you or trolling - it makes them look smaller and it makes you look bigger which is something else I would bet $100 you have already taught your daughter

In real life it works good most of the time, but I had to disconnect from one sister when my mother died. She had this habit of going off like A Wiggy and just completely wig out with personal attacks. I was trying to coordinate everything so everyone walked away happy and she got bent out of shape at me because my brother asked her to contribute $500 and forget about the fact I spent 8 grand out of my pocket. That was it - I have no relationship with her any more and don't care to. Her kids are envious of me because they have to put up with her

Actually I think having the person ask for him to be banned just flipped him out. Personally I was wondering why he hadn't been banned months and months ago, but decided to leave it alone. Some things will set a person off sometimes and he lost it.
