I just like our position in this game. Wisconsin is coming into this with way more to lose. It sounds funny saying that beings that it's #8 vs #7.........but everyone in the country right now sees Wisconsin beating us with ease. The spot light is on the Badgers. It's the perfect time to drop in and shock the world.

I've never said that. I think LSU is definitely better than us, Oklahoma is probably a little better than us, and Alabama, Boise, Stanford, and OK State are about as good as us. What i've said is that the idea that you guys are going to exploit some huge weaknesses on our team is garbage. There's nobody on our team that you look at and say "they need to go."

You guys can definitely beat us, but you'll have to do through:

1. Short passes through our zone (see: the TCU game).

2. Finding a way to get Borland and Taylor away from Taylor Martinez. Those guys are both fast linebackers, and Martinez's running to the outside simply won't work if nobody covers our linebackers.

3. Having your O-Line control the line of scrimmage. Our DTs are the closest thing to a weakness. They have settled down recently, but were getting killed in the UNLV game.

4. Use special teams to win the field position battle. This is one area where you have a heavy edge. Our kickoff specialist isn't very good, our kick coverage was horrible last year, our starting kicker may not be ready to play, and the backup sucks. Your return game is also better. If you guys can continually start at the 40 and beyond, you guys will have an edge.

5. Stop our intermediate passes. Russell Wilson has a lot of time to throw the ball because of our O-Line. I trust Dennard will be able to limit to Nick Toon, but the problem becomes limiting our other guys. In particular, Montee Ball is an invaluable weapon as a receiver. If Lavonte David can stay on Ball all game, it takes away Russell's security blanket.

6. Get turnovers/ Don't commit turnovers. Not committing turnovers is a major part of our formula for success. We were #1 last year, and our first string offense has only committed one this year. If you can get a turnover, it could throw our team's concentration off. On the flip side, if we force turnovers, our team will get really fired up and it could get ugly quick.

No matter what happens, you are facing an uphill challenge. We don't lose home games and very often, and normally we aren't as good as we are this year. Every home loss under Bielema has been against an eventual BCS team, and if you guys pull it out, that streak will probably continue.

Meh, as you can see in my top 25 rankings for this week, I ranked Wisconsin #1..............so obviously I think they are pretty good.

I was just trying to get my Husker fanbase all riled up ..........

It makes it more fun when the two fanbases don't like each other.
