Don't take I-29 any further north than St Joseph, Mo. (closed due to flooding) Cross over into Kansas @ St Joseph and take Hwy 75 North to I-80 west in Omaha, to I-680 north. Get on Dodge expressway (Hwy 6) west toward Boys-town then catch Hwy 275 north to Fremont and on to Columbus from there.
