They have already stated that Cousins is unavailable at least until the Rams give what they can't refuse as you stated. I realize nothing is completely out of the realm of possibilities but the likelihood is low with both guys.

Not sure what the teams asking price for Cousins is but there are fans still thinking a 1st or multiple 2's. No damn way another team gives that for Cousins.
