I stopped watching the national prognosticators Friday. Tried to watch the news this morning and other than the monster snowstorm heading east, every network has some nerd I've never seen before, making gameday predictions. ABC guys says the Seahawks will win big. NBC geek says Seahawks win bigger than last year and will be proclaimed the greatest football team of all time.


If I can stop puking by 6:30, I might be able to watch the game......

A good old fashioned Patriots rout sure would go a long way for us. I know it's not likely but if the match up happened two weeks ago, on that particular weekend, there would have been one.

I feel your pain. Living out here they have 20 minutes of Hawks coverage during 30 minute news conference. Must be that new car smell thing for these fans
However, I've seen a fair amount of sports media personalities picking the Pats. Not that any of it matters.

I also saw Ian Ratraport now say one ball may have been 2 psi low, another around 1 psi, the others less. Go figure.

Anyway hope were all celebrating a victory today. Go Pats

Just heard the same on the Nashville station, they are hypothesizing that the ball that was 2 psi short may have been the one intercepted by the Colts and THEN deflated prior to turn over to the NFL...


If the forensics experts determine that, the Pats should receive the Colts first round pick.

Greatest month ever. Pats win the SB and vindicated of all deflate-gate chargers. Hundreds of haters have to eat crow and aplogize.

Just saw something on the NFL Network. There's all kinds of screaming that the Patriots should have been penalized on the play that Nate Solder scored a TD. Cameron Fleming was an eligible tackle on the play before and stayed in the game as an ineligible right tackle. According to the commentators, that's not legal and the Pats should have been penalized 5 yards for an illegal substitution. Then he says that the league has changed the signals for eligible and ineligible receivers because the Patriots have so many formations and Pete Carroll's defense is designed extremely simple and the defensive line and linebackers don't have to think. These new signs will help the seahawks make proper adjustments to the Patriots formations


What that says to me is that the game is fixed. The NFL wants the Patriots to lose and they've introduced new signals so that the Seahawks will be better able to defend against the Patriots formations. If I was Belichick, I'd talk to the team and ask them if they want to play 11 on 19 or just call it a day and head home. Then I'd walk up to any group of news media and tell them the result of the team vote and walk away.......

Yep I heard the Solder/Cameron thing a couple days ago. Somehow this will also be the Pats cheated because the inept officials didn't make the correct call. Assuming it is even true.

Hopefully BB puts a bug in the ear of the officials about how much contact they will allow downfield. Hawks will continue to hold/disrupt/interfere all game even when they get flagged.
