We will have to draft a TE. Burton still gets paid if we release him.

Yeah, but we gain 2.8 in cap. So, it's not a loss.

I agree that we might draft a TE now. I still don't think 2nd round but it's possible.

I hope we dont waste a 2nd on a te......Id rather see what we can get in training camp casualties......

Or OJ Howard......?.....seems his name was brought up for the rights to Gronk, but I dont see him coming back to play at all......
If they wantedd a 2nd for him, thats too much imo......

No, he was good as a TE3. Good enough to trick you guys, but we know the role he is best in and used him well in a Super Bowl run.

A bit disingenuous. He played extremely well as a starter when Ertz went down for you guys. He was also good in 2018. The problem is his durability. Not his ability.

He can start in a pinch and can't hold up with a lot of reps. That's a TE3.

This kid looked poised to be a stud. Then he mysteriously scratched days before the Philly playoff game, and had been a flapping vagina ever since.

Fuck him.

I really thought the Bears had signed a talent, that was ready to burst onto the scene, but from all points, it seems he's a fragile bitch.

I would say he can do more than start "in a pinch". Lol. When healthy he's a good TE1.

He was certainly a great backup to Ertz. That's what got him paid to begin with.

Looks like TE is definitely on the table for the draft. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see it be the first pick we spend since we signed Jason Spriggs as well.

Looks like Pace wants to go veteran on the offensive line just like he went for the veteran Quinn on the defensive line then look to the draft for TE and and maybe even WR. Should be an interesting Friday for us.

I think we add a TE for sure. Draft or FA I'm not sure. Kinda depends on how the draft unfolds. But also Pace does not go into drafts needing things. It would not shock me to pick up a player predraft.

The delusions it must take for you to continue to post on this site, after being busted lying so many times.
He's a diehard Packers fan..........no wait, he's a diehard Cowboys fan, and it's just coincidence that 90% of his posts are pro-Packers. Don't all diehard Cowboys fans do likewise?

Oh ya, and he's a mensa member too! He even showed us a stock photo off the net of his ring.
