It's a smart move by the Bengals front office. an all pro caliber LBer still playing on a undrafted free agent contract is probably desperate to get some guaranteed money now in case of injury. But Burfict is too good and too young for just 5 million a yr. if he's having second thoughts in the deal I'd understand why
