I don't think Sherm was going for the intent to hurt but yes he should have been called for it. Bills should have had a much easier FG attempt.

Nah but should've been a personal foul and obviously another personal foul on him (MAYBE could've been taunting when he stared down Ryan) would be an auto eject.
