I am not sure about this statement. The bucs have beat the Saints and Philly. They lost by three to the Steelers and Bengals, and 5 to ATL. Had they not wasted their time going to Winston, they may have won another.

The lack of pass rush (effectiveness) from Allen, Payne & Ioman are a direct correlation with coaching.
Yeah, I agree. It seems like we were sold faulty premises with both Tomsula and Callahan. They've both been here multiple years. And for both to supposedly be the best at their respected coaching jobs. I can't say I've seen any real noticeable improvement from the OL whatsoever. They look good early on in the season, but as the season progresses injury and aggressive defenses always seem to give us fits. Now while the DL has shown real improvement. Watching the Falcons OL abuse them all game long in both pass blocking and especially run blocking. I can't help, but wonder is the DL really improved. It'd be one thing had the DL come out after halftime and played better, but they didn't. Maybe they started believing the hype themselves.
I feel like we have to expect the Bucs will put up some points in this game.
I also think the Bucs will load the box to stop AP and put pressure on the Redskins mostly new Olineman. Smith is going to have to find a way to get the ball downfield. The Redskin offense has mostly scored two TDs or less the last few games. The exception was against the Giants when AP popped a long one late. I think they are going to need 3 TDs plus to win this game.
